Call today to schedule an appointment to tour the center and begin the enrollment process. A free trial day is available after the initial interview. We understand your concerns and will guide you through the process. Our social worker will explore a variety of funding options to help meet the cost of our program.
In addition to the in-house relationship with Element Care, the Lowell center has contracts with Elder Services of Merrimack Valley and the Veterans Administration.
If you are affiliated with one of these agencies and interested in attending our center, please speak to your representative at that agency. You do not need to have an affiliation to enroll in our program, however. Most long-term care insurance policies include coverage for adult day health care.
Health care providers are also encouraged to contact us about how we can partner with you in improving the quality of life and individual independence of your patients. Short-term enrollment at our centers is an effective transitional care strategy that can decrease hospital readmissions and minimize future acute medical episodes.
To arrange a visit or for more information, please call us at 978-458-4844 and ask for Program Director Heather Betty.
